Ambassador of Armenia to Iraq Hrachya Poladian met with Iraqi Minister of Health, Dr. Ala'a Al Alwan

On April 14, Ambassador of Armenia to Iraq Hrachya Poladian met with Iraqi Minister of Health, Dr. Ala'a Al Alwan.
During the meeting, the sides discussed a number of issues of bilateral interest in the sphere of healthcare. Ambassador touched upon the revision of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in the field of healthcare between Armenia and Iraq in 2012, the organization of training courses in medicine, medical tourism development, the assistance of Armenian doctors in Iraq, and also about possible activities of drug production Armenian companies in Iraq.
During the meeting, the interlocutors agreed on mutual visits of professional delegations to discuss the aforementioned and other issues.
Minister Al-Alwan expressed his great satisfaction for deepening cooperation between the Armenian and the Iraqi sides.
